We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Infant & Toddler Closing Lead to oversee the final routines and safety procedures for our youngest learners at the end of each day. The Closing Lead will close classrooms, communicate effectively with parents and management, and uphold all health and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s early development while fostering a positive and organized closing process. Part time or Full time shifts available 11-6.

The Lilypad Garden School is looking for a dependable and organized Closing Manager to help lead our campus through the afternoon and ensure each day comes to a safe, smooth, and organized close.

This is an important leadership role within our school. The Closing Manager oversees staff, children, and families during the afternoon and evening, supports a successful dismissal, and ensures that all end of day procedures are completed before the shift ends at 7:00 PM.

Beginning around 4:00 or 5:00 PM, the Closing Manager transitions into the manager role and takes responsibility for overseeing the afternoon close. This includes ensuring that all children are safely dismissed, staff complete required classroom and playground closing procedures, and any end of day concerns are addressed appropriately.

This position is available full time, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with earlier hours spent covering teacher breaks and substituting in classrooms as needed. A part time schedule is also available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, focused on the afternoon and evening close.

Monday through Friday.
